Mr. Chen, vice president of GCA-SME, was in the grocery line and did small bussiness years ago, but now he has grown into a chairman of well-known TNC and listed company. His life is full of legend. Mr. Chen’s hometown is in a town of Fujian Province where there are many overseas Chinese. With the resources of the local overseas Chinese, Mr. Chen spreaded his bussiness to the entire Southeast Asia, and made numerous friends all over the world. And now, he has extensive influence in Chinese business circle of Southeast Asia.
Afer the mainland reform and opening up, Mr. Chen returned to China,and focused on building his own commercial network. In May 2006, Mr. Chen witnessed the booming of Chinese, as well as the difficulties they facing. In order to change the situation of SMEs’ isolated evolution and malicious competition, Mr. Chen felt deeply that it is necessary to unite all the SMEs for joint development. So he, jointed with a group of well-known entrepreneurs, established GCA-SME and took “the sharing of resources” as a goal.
