1. Membership requirements
Global Chinese Small and Medium Enterprises Associations (Hereinafter referred to as”the Association’)is open to all qualified individuals or companies, as long as they meet the following conditions:
1) The applicant must be a business investor or corporate manager;
2) The applicant must be Chinese or a Chinese enterprise;
3) The individual applicant must be at least 18 years old, with full affordability of civil and criminal responsbility;
4) Group applicant must be a small or medium enterprise with annual turnover less than 2 million a year, and doing well in the last three years;
5) The applicant voluntarily join the Association and complies with the Association Constitution and related regulations;
6) The applicant is required to pay the corresponding contributions;
7) The applicant is required to be recommended or introduced by an authorized member (unit);
8) The applicant should be locally registered and operated;consciously abide by local laws and regulations; and is willing to struggle together for promoting the development of Chinese small and medium enterprises.
2.Admission Procedure:
1) Receiving an application form from the Association, or download one through the web site;
2) Returning the completed application forms and copies of relevant documents to the Association;
3) the Association will audit the applicant’s conditions and send a letter of acceptance to the applicant who is approved by the president of the Association within 3 days.
4) The applicant who is approved by the Association is required to remit the corresponding contribution to HK Hang Seng Bank:
360-227599-668(HKD) 360-227599-201(foreign currency)
5) After receiving the contribution, the Association will present the applicant with membership license, certificate, password and member ID within one week.
6) The applicant will be a menber of GCA-SME from the date he/it receives the above materials.
3.membership information we needed:
Individual member:
1)One copy of identity card or passport;
2)Three recent 2-inch color photos;
Company Member:
1)One copy of the qualified company's business license;
2)A corporate seal card and legal person seal card;
3)An incumbency of the registered person offered by company;
4)An authorization of the designated nominee offered by company;
5)One copy of the registered person’s Identity card or passport;
6)Three recent 2-inch color photos of the registered person.
4. Menbership Renewal
Before the member’s anniversary, the Association will notify the member of the membership contribution to pay for the next year. If the contribution is not paid in a timely manner, the membership level will be downgraded to the "certified member" level, and the membership will be temporarily retained for a month,while the member will not be able to enjoy any service from the Association until he/it send the application of membership renewal to the Association.
